Blackberry MOS is Closed Source and runs in Blackberry Devices and Written in C++ programming and Java Virtual Kernel. The blackberry Mos Organized by blackberry for blackberry mobile devices. Blackberry Mos provides various task to user. This Mos is Proprietary license by permitted license Authority. OS updates are automatically upgrade by using Web Browser.

In United States, Blackberry was referred as crack berry which was excessively used by its owner and named as Addiction crack cocaine. The main in most model of blackberry is Physical Qwerty keyboard. In 1999 first Email Pager was released by blackberry and In January and may month of 2013 blackberry released Z10, Q5 and Q10 Model of devices.

In 2011, blackberry become 6th most famous manufacturer of mobile devices About 45% smartphones are spread over worldwide and up to eighty million services in 2012.

The various features of blackberry MOS are Camera, Playing Music, Play games, making video Flashing light, sending and receiving messages, email, Communication, web browser, touchscreen and exchange of data by using Bluetooth. In 2011 Blackberry released blackberry OS7 with several features in Blackberry Curve 9360, BB torch 9810, Bold 9900/9930 curve9310/9320.

In 2012 RIM CEO Thorsten Hein organized Blackberry OS with new feature like camera which is able to take best shot,rewind frames, adapting keyboard and In 2013 Blackberry10 OS was released for Z10 and Q10 models with input devices like track ball, track pad and track wheel. The language is used in Os are Java MIDP1.0 and WAP1.2.

OS 5.0, Exchange Email or messaging, Tasks, contacts etc with complete wireless activations and synchronization. Some versions of blackberry allowed Microsoft Exchange server email and also with Lotus Domino email. Blackberry mobile devices include blackberry messengers(BBM) software for receiving and sending messages, images, videos, and voice notes through Blackberry PIN. Blackberry PIN is used to identify devices by BES Network. Other features Of BBM are Calenders, BBM Music, games, integrated Applications, scanning bar code etc. but In June 2013 the BBM music was stopped.

BES provides TCP/IP connectivity for handheld devices known as Data system connection services and through trilaterate  user easily track their location without using GPs. 

The Security and privacy is one most famous feature of BES Sever. BES server are required email and data access securely. OS Version 3.8 and 4.0 surfing internet with using MDS web browser of blackberry devices allows various applications such as email accounts, Gmail messenger, Yahoo messenger etc.
