History of
Android
Android is developed by Andy Rubin, Miner, Nick sears and
Chris White in October 2003. Company Develop this O.S for Digital cameras
rather than develop for smartphones. In August 2005, this O.S brought by Google
by using Linux kernel, Rubin team prepared a mobile device and through December
2006 Google intention to enhance mobile communications in the market. In 2007 HTC, Sony and Samsung to reveal first mobile device which built on Linux kernel based. HTC dream released phone run on Android in October 2008.
From 2008, Android OS improved and creates update day
to day and release various versions in the market like 1.5 cupcake 4.3 jelly
bean etc. Many Smartphones and Tablets running by android versions and create
Nexus devices. The first Nexus smartphone released by collaboration of HTC and
Google. After that Nexus4 phone nexus10 tablet released by manufacturers.

Android
It is a mobile
operating System released by Google. This Software is open and free for
electronics device manufactures licensing by permissive licensing authority.
Android contain various Applications that help to increase the functionality of
Mobile Devices. Android runs on touchscreen mobile like smartphones, tablets
computer. Android OS firstly created by Android Inc. After that this software
brought by Google in 2005.
Android
Programmed in Java programming language and Linux based Operating System. This
OS is most Famous in mobile devices about 70% devices runs on Android. This is designed for
phones and Tablets also used in Digital Cameras, Video games, and Digital
Electronics devices. Android contain more than 7 lac Applications which enhance
the functioning of mobiles devices. It is also best for high technology
devices due to light weight. As it is a open source OS, also encouraged and
enthusiasts the developer to use android in mobile devices. Mostly all the
Samsung mobiles devices runs on Android Mos. Around 12 thousand android devices
models are available in market. The touch input like pinching, swiping, tapping
etc. are based on direct manipulation Android user interface. Due to fluid
touch interface(touchscreen) the response of input shown immediately and also
providing vibration capability to user.
Due to Android Mos the operation of
mobile become easy For eg. Rotation of screen either portrait or landscape,
playing games by rotating or tapping, uploading and downloading,
installing or uninstalling of applications, creation, deletion and moving of
any application Icon widgets(auto updating content) on home screen like weather
forecasting, several number of pages on Home screen, Exchange of data by
Bluetooth, status bar on the top of screen which can easily pulled down. The
status bar may contain various icon like screen rotation, WiFi, GPs, sound,
blocking mode, mobile data, Bluetooth, synchronization, driving mode etc. The
status bar also display the notifications about receiving messages and miss calls, updating of
software. The several pages of home screen can swipe through Android interface
user.
Android phones
are designed as to consume minimum power during memory allocation and
management in RAM. Android automatically manage memory for applications and if
any application is not in motion from longer time, android automatically halt
temporarily it in memory and kept in background until needed in future. The
application are dead automatically in reverse order if memory is low in the system
and user is not involved in the management of memory.
Android is
Linux Kernel based version 2.6 including API written in C, C++ function
libraries and running of app software including Java language. The development
of android made by Google day by day like Android Linux kernel based changes to
typical Linux kernel based. the Os used c, C++ function libraries in SGL, 2D
graphics system, Lib web core android Internet Browser, manage Display for 2D
and 3D power management features(weblocks)etc.
The android is free and open source
by Google under General Public License done changes in Linux kernel under
Apache License publish Code for network and telephony stacks with the help of
hardware manufacturers Google creates flagship devices with new android
version.
The security and privacy operations is strongest
part of android MOS. The security can be maintain by using Password to particular apps and phone, Swipe screen lock, pattern lock, blocking mode also to
enhance the security and privacy before exchange of data Android OS confirm
either you want to exchange or not, the permission and sand boxing system
before installing any application. Due to strongest Security unauthorized
parities cannot able to use the mobile operation Various Applications of MOS
secure or scan the threats and several Antivirus software like McAfee, lookout
mobile security released by various security firms for android MOS devices.
Recently Android version 4.2 and 4.3 was released with strongest security
features.
